Record Retention Policy

Data on the Fly, LLC has a responsibility to maintain and retain adequate documentation for a period of no less than five years. Adequate documentation includes:

• Records of participation;
• Dates and locations of programs offered;
• Names of author/instructor and content reviewer and credentials (resume and biography);
• Number of CPE credits earned by participants (certificate of completion forms administered to each participant); and,
• Results of program evaluation forms completed by participants
• Program descriptive materials.

Refund Policy

Refunds for self-study courses are available, only if the participant has not begun the CPE course. 

If you are dissatisfied with a course you have purchased through Data on the Fly, LLC, you may contact us at [email protected] within seven (7) days after the date on which you purchased the course. Data on the Fly, LLC  reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the user has begun a CPE course.

Program Cancellation Policy

If TData on the Fly, LLC needs to cancel or reschedule a course, we will contact the participant by email at least three days in advance and provide them with an opportunity to reschedule. Full refunds will be provided to registered course participants if the course is canceled or if participants don’t opt to attend the rescheduled event.

However, we may have a last-minute cancellation because of reasons beyond our control and we may grant a full refund if the course has been paid.

Complaint Resolution Policy

If the participant would like to report a complaint, please email us at [email protected].  Every effort will be made to resolve complaints satisfactorily for all parties involved.

Course Update Policy

Data on the Fly, LLC has a responsibility to ensure that all activities, materials, and delivery systems used in CPE programs are current, technically accurate, and effectively designed. Data on the Fly, LLC also has a responsibility to revise all courses as soon as possible following changes to relative codes, laws, rulings, decisions, interpretations, etc., that impact course content. Furthermore, Data on the Fly, LLC has a responsibility to be qualified in the subject matter of all CPE programs offered. Data on the Fly, LLC will conduct an annual review, by qualified individuals (subject matter experts), of all CPE program activities, materials, and delivery systems.
