I'm Ben Murray, founder of The SaaS CFO and The SaaS Academy. For nearly a decade, I've helped SaaS companies build the financial foundations that turn recurring revenue into a defensible business — clean SaaS metrics, accurate gross margin reporting, and board-ready dashboards that survive due diligence.

I served as an in-house SaaS CFO and fractional SaaS CFO for 10+ years across founder-owned and private equity-backed software companies, leading finance through growth stages, fundraising, and operational scale. Today I work as a fractional SaaS CFO, advisor, and educator to a global audience of
founders and finance leaders.
